VCT at the Hessentag

The Virtual Center for Teacher Training is currently presenting its platform at the Hessentag in Stadtallendorf.

Hessian Minister for Education, Dorothea Henzler, and State Secretary Heinz-Wilhelm Brockmann visited the VCT booth and talked to Prof. Dr. Jürgen Handke about the importance of teacher training for encouraging the use of new media in school education and how the VCT can help to train teachers for this.

Our "microprojects" are a new service for media-aware teachers: An RSS feed delivers a new teaching idea every week. These suggestions can easily be integrated into normal lessons and facilitate the use of the new media with an informative sheet for the teacher and a sample worksheet for students.

As the microprojects are offered as an RSS feed, you do not have to visit the VCT pages to check for new projects, but you can subscribe to the feed. This way, you are automatically informed about new ideas. How this works is described on our information page about microprojects.

Global access now available for teachers of non Hessian schools

The Global access to all Virtual-Sessions is now available for all teachers on non Hessian schools at the VLC-Shop.

The Global access is now available for all teachers of non Hessian schools at the VZl-online-shop.

The Global access offers a six month access to all Virtual Sessions of the VZL, which cover a certain topic and include bibliographical references as well as tutor questions.
